Additional Fees

  • $10 Surcharge for each visit on all Public Holiday unless otherwise stated. This includes any pet sits during peak periods (eg. Christmas/ New Year and Easter)**.
  • $15 Surcharge for late bookings (less than 48 hours notice except in special circumstances)
  • A $10 Surcharge will apply if an extra visit is needed and not scheduled.
  • A $15 Surcharge will apply if pet food is needed to be purchased by us (+ min of $30 for shopping time).
  • A $10 Surcharge will apply should your pet be scheduled for a *vet/groomer visit during their pet sit.

**Christmas Peak: 20 Dec – 10 Jan Easter Peak: up to 4 days before and after Good Friday and Easter Monday. Melbourne Cup: 3 days prior to and including race day.
