Your initial consultation is free of charge, Once you have registered, we will organise to come to your home to meet you and your Fur Kids.
During our visit we will want to find out important detailed information about your Fur Kid(s) including and not limited to: their diet/feeding requirements; their behaviours; favourite games; cheeky hiding spots; your preferred vet and an emergency contact and any other information that may be relevant during our visits.
We will talk to you about your home security; other services we offer and organise access to your home. We welcome any questions you may have as well as your advice regarding the safety and care of your Fur Kid(s). All of your details will be placed in our database for any future services you require. With our advanced user friendly system you can keep us well informed of any changes by updating your profile as well as your individual Fur Kids profiles online. You have the opportunity to also keep track of your Fur Kids progress whilst you are away.
You can have true peace of mind knowing that your Fur Kids are being well cared for and loved at home.
This service provides 1 care visit per day.
This Service provides 2 care visits per day.
During each visit your Fur Kid Carer will first and foremost give your Fur Kids loads of love, cuddles and attention. We will feed your Fur Kids as per your instructions; refresh all their water bowls; for cats remove any solids from their kitty litter and for dogs we will poop scoop your yard.
We care not only about their physical health but also like to ensure they are emotionally healthy and stimulated too. We will report back to you if we have any concerns. We get how important it is to keep you well informed at all times. Each visit is between 20 - 30mins.
This service can be for either 1 or 2 care visit per day. Discounted package for 5 or 7 days.

If you have more than just one Fur Kid in your family, no need to pay the full amount, we only add a small fee for each Fur Kid per service. The fee is based on the type of pet you own. We accept cats, dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish, birds. Ask us about any other Fur Kids in your family that you’d like us to care for.
Need to transport to get your Fur Kid to an important appointment? Visit to a vet*; grooming or play date, we can organise a Fur Kid transport. Dropping them off or picking up from engagement , this service can be arranged with you coming along as well or accompanied only with your Fur Kid carer. Waiting time does incur charges based on 15 min increments. Please refer to extra Fur Kid care service.
*This does not include unscheduled emergency events where your Fur Kid Carer needs to get your Fur Kid to the vet.
This is a specialised one on one adventure with your Fur Kid. We will walk, run, play, sniff and explore a number of different locations dependant on your desires. Whether it’s a trip to the beach, dog park or a sprint around the block in all types of weather we will take your Fur Kid on a journey for their health and happiness. This service is a 30min service with the option of 15min increments. Please refer to our Extra Fur Kid Care Service.
We will do your dirty work for you. Family commitments, work and life can sometimes leave little time to do everything you need to get done. We will come and remove poop from your back yard and pathways, reducing those landmines and potential accidents to a minimum. We can provide this service to you on a regular basis once or during those times when you really need a helping hand.
Every Fur Kid is unique and can sometimes need that extra care and attention to provide more love, cuddles and sensory interactions. This is especially for medical attention ; stimulating play; grooming or in the case of emotional support due to the length of your time away or if they are new to the environment and family.
This service is an addition to other services like… Fur Kid Care once / twice a day or Dog Explorer. Allowing us to provide for their individual needs and attention as you see fit.
This service is in addition to booked services with incrementing 15min intervals.
We will pick up or drop off your keys for services required. It is important to allow at least 4 days notice of any requests so we can schedule in a day/time that suits us both. We can hold onto your keys for multiple or regular services you require. This service is for 1 trip only. Your Fur Kid Carer will contact you to organise a day and time which suits you both.
