Love My Fur Kids (hereafter referred to as Love My Fur Kids, LMFK, we, us, or our ) provides an online platform that connects Fur Kid Parents with Fur Kid lovers who wish to accommodate pets and/or offer other pet related services. We maintain the Love My Fur Kids.com.au to facilitate the third party providers offering the Services.
By accessing or using the Site You agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service ( Terms ), whether or not You register as a User. These Terms govern Your access to and use of the Site and all Content (defined below), and constitute a binding legal contract between You and Love My Fur Kids under which You agree to pay our Fee, and we agree to provide you with Cat Sitting services in your own home.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site and must not use the Site.
Each User agrees that, upon a Service being booked through the Site, a binding legal contract is created between each Owner and Carer, key terms of which contract include the following:

The Site and Services are solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site You represent and warrant that You are 18 or older.
You agree that we may modify the Terms and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms periodically to be aware of modifications. Continued access or use of the Site shall be deemed conclusive evidence of Your acceptance of the modified Terms.
While every effort is made to ensure that the same Love My Fur Kids is responsible for your entire booking, occasions may arise whereby another Love My Fur Kids Carer is called upon to care for your pets. This may be due to, but not limited to, sickness, injury, transportation or logistical reasons. A change in Carer is made at Love My Fur Kids discretion and may occur without notice.
The following procedure will be adhered to by Love My Fur KidsOur Fur Kid Carer will contact You directly, if there is no response received within 15 minutes we will contact the emergency contact and advise of the situation. Love My Fur Kids will always refer to Your request regarding in the case of Death. We will clearly document all actions inclusive of times into our system and provide this if needed. We will abide with all regulatory requirements in the case of emergency. In the case of Injury we will abide the NSW Animal Welfare Code of Practice No 5 - Dogs and Cats in Animal Boarding Establishments where it states clearly that You are to authorise the provision of necessary veterinary treatment should an illness occur whereby Your Fur Kids requires a Vet’s intervention. In the event of a general welfare and health condition concern of your Fur Kid we are legally obliged tohttp://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/agriculture/livestock/animal-welfare/codes/aw-code-5 to report or action the immediate care of your Fur Kids without your consent.
We regard our Fur Kids Carers safety seriously. Our Fur Kid Carers are not encouraged to enter the home if there is a suspicion that the intruder is still in the house. If there is any doubt they are instructed not to enter the building and to call the Police. A full report will be provided to home owners re the incident .You will be contacted directly and if there is no response received within 5 minutess the Emergency Contact will be contacted and advised appropriately
Love My Fur Kids holds no responsibility for any property damage that occurs on your premises while a Fur Kid Carer is pet sitting at your property. You will agree to take on all responsibility and risk of any property damage that occurs in the time our Fur Kids Carers are at your home. You agree explicitly that all responsibility will be borne by You if there is ANY damage to your property. Love My Fur Kids will try and minimize such risk but will hold no responsibility for any damage caused.
Love My Fur Kids holds no responsibility for any type of Theft that occurs on your premises while a Fur Kid Carer is pet sitting at your property. You will agree to take on all responsibility and risk of any property damage that occurs in the time our Fur Kids Carers are at your home. You agree explicitly that all responsibility will be borne by You if there is ANY type of theft at your property. Love My Fur Kids will try and minimize such risk through it’s vigorous 4 step screening process ( includes a Police Check) as outlined in the Operations Manual but will hold no responsibility for any theft that occurs. As part of the Services Love My Fur Kids occasionally shares User generated Content (including photos) with Users and the public. You agree that Love My Fur Kids may, at its sole discretion, publish such Content on the Site and across social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and similar sites.
Love My Fur Kids reserves the right to change these Terms or Conditions relating to the Site at any time and from time to time, and such changes will be effective upon being posted on the Site. You agree to visit this page from time to time to review the then current Terms because they are binding on You. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of the Site, which may be posted from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any such postings shall constitute Your consent to such changes.
All Content is protected by international copyright and trademark laws and all rights in Content are owned by Love My Fur Kids, or its affiliates or Third Party Providers. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Content must not, without the prior express written permission of Love My Fur Kids be modified, copied, printed, reproduced, distributed, republished, performed, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted and/or otherwise used in any form or by any means, including electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means nor “mirrored” or “archived”
In consideration for us allowing You to post User generated Content to the Site, You (a) assign to us, effective on posting, all rights You may have in such Content; (b) consent to us doing anything in relation to such Content which, but for such consent, would infringe any moral rights You may have in such Content; and (c) warrant that (i) You have the right to post such Content, and (ii) such posting, and exercise of any rights in such Content by us or any person authorised by us, will not infringe any laws or any rights of any other person.
